Claes Grännsjö has made a name for himself at both his own successful restaurant Nook and as the head chef of Michelin-star awarded Kock & Vin. Today he works as a development chef at Ekstedt. On March 21, we invite Claes to a guest shift where he focuses on something close to his own heart: Korean street food, albeit in a more refined format.
