Ai Ventura is a Japanese pastry chef and author from Tokyo with over 15 years of experience in baking. When she relocated to Sweden she found out that there was a lack of authentic Japanese pastries. This gave her a dream and a vision to introduce Japanese pastries into the Swedish ‘fika’. She is a trained pastry chef from Japan and used to run her own bakery in Tokyo. Since 2013 she resides in Sweden and has had huge success with her pop-up café Bon Aibon. At IMA, Ai will host two ‘afternoon tea’ events. We’re looking forward to welcoming Ai to IMA.
