Meet Carolina, our restaurant manager at Izakaya
A day as a restaurant manager varies incredibly. Some days are spent in the restaurant pouring wine for the guests, other days she plans big (and small) things for the future. There's usually a lot going on at TAK and that's what makes it so much fun.
The best thing about Carro's job? To work for the development and success of Izakaya! And of course to see the staff grow, both in new roles and as individuals.
Her TAK favorite is the summertime with all it brings: lively bars and restaurants from opening to closing, happy guests and dedicated staff!
