Meet Desi, our Administrative Manager at TAK

But first coffee! Desi ALWAYS starts with a cup of coffee and a quick check of the email inbox for any important issues that need quick solving, then it usually continues with some meetings and tasks. 

“As administrative manager I have the responsibility and I support all administrative tasks within finance, accounting, reporting as well as HR-administration.”

Best thing about her job? That it’s not the usual office job! Desi likes the fast paced & vibrant environment where different things happen all the time. The icing on the cake? Working together as a team with amazing colleagues from all departments.

Desi’s TAK favorite is the delicious sushi in the restaurant and also enjoying a nice cocktail on the summer terrace of TAK.

“My colleagues think it's pretty fun that I have a repeating monthly deadline in my calendar, to send all 100 (according to them) monthly financial deadlines.”
