9 years of TAK: The Celebration

Nine years of consistent craftsmanship, Nordic-Japanese gastronomy, and an unbroken love for the Stockholm skyline. Since our first service in 2017, TAK has been a place for lingering encounters and lasting memories. Now, on the threshold of our tenth year, we celebrate the journey so far with a weekend that captures everything we are—and everything we are yet to become.

TAK RESTAURANG – FLOOR 13

We are celebrating nine years by going "grand format" with a 9-liter Salmanazar from Veuve Clicquot and a nostalgic deep dive into our cellar, featuring wines from our opening year, 2017. For that extra silver lining—opt for our Anniversary Package with hand-picked oysters and chilled champagne, or enjoy hand rolls prepared right upon your arrival.

IZAKAYA – FLOOR 14

We are joined by our friends from Flying Brewery and Akebono, bringing their expertise for a unique beverage experience. We also invite you to a luxurious setup of shochu and caviar, while our BonKaiten rotates on Saturday as usual between 12:00–15:30 with delicious small plates—just pick your favorites as they pass by!

TAK BAR – FLOOR 14

We’re celebrating 9 years with oysters for 9 SEK each all weekend, served by Viktor from Fiskhallen. In addition, you can enjoy our unique anniversary cocktail crafted by Amanda, and of course—a DJ marathon from lunch until late, creating the perfect birthday atmosphere over the rooftops.
