Located in our vibrant 14th-floor Izakaya, we bring freshly prepared dishes directly to your table on trays. Simply pick what tempts you, or wait for the next round. You control the pace and the portions.

The Concept: A Fusion of History

The name BonKaiten is a tribute to two inspirations:

BonBon: The 2010s Stockholm icon where waiters carried trays of food and tracked your bill with marbles.
Kaiten-zushi: The Japanese "conveyor belt sushi" where plate colors determine the price.

We’ve blended these into a social, Nordic-Japanese dining experience. Our menu is ever-evolving, featuring everything from classic sushi to Chicken Karaage and Waffles.

How it Works

Choose as you go: Dishes are presented on colored plates at your table.
Track your tab: Each plate color corresponds to a price point, making it easy to keep track.
Pricing: Dishes range from 35 SEK to 125 SEK.
