Ramen week at TAK

During our lunch service, January 26-30, we’re teaming up with Noodle Lab to present ramen in several delicious variations, there’s guaranteed to be something for every palate.

Nordic Noodles was born out of a passion for ramen and a frustration with the lack of truly great noodles. Their artisanal noodles are made in Sweden from Swedish wheat flour and crafted according to all the rules of the art, specifically in Segeltorp, just south of the city.

Take the opportunity to enjoy a flavorful, warming lunch during these five days. Please note that ramen is only available during lunch hours, so we recommend booking a table to make sure you get a seat.
