Since 1854, Scarpa has been a standard-bearer for the region's most noble grapes. As pioneers in Piedmont, they focus on long aging and minimal intervention in the cellar. By letting nature speak, they create wines of immense depth, complexity, and a clear sense of place. This evening, you will experience how the elegance of their Nebbiolo and Barbera elevates the rich flavors of the world’s finest Wagyu.

World-Class Wagyu from Meat Japan

We are proud to present ingredients from Meat Japan, Gold Medal winner in the World Steak Challenge 2024 and 2025 for both Best Japanese Sustainable Wagyu and Best Japanese Wagyu. As the first sustainability-certified producer of Japanese Wagyu, they currently supply over 30 Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe. Through their partnership with Ginkakuji Onishi, we are able to share meat of absolute world-class quality.
