World Sake Day at TAK
TAK celebrates World Sake Day on October 9, with a festive evening and the chance to explore sake’s rich history and flavor palette up close.
The beginning of October marks the start of the new brewing year for sake, when the rice is harvested and the brewing process begins. The day is a celebration of the centuries-old craftsmanship behind the drink, but also an opportunity to discover new flavors and styles. In Japan and around the world, tastings, festivals, and cultural events are held, always with sake’s rich history and flavor palette at the center.
We have invited Dan from Akebono, who will be pouring sake from. We’re also tailoring our Omakase pairing with his products for a truly unique tasting experience in Izakaya
